Agentlens
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: June 12, 2026
Agentlens exists to answer one question for site owners: which AI agents read my site, and what do they see? This policy keeps it that way. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Allowed: your own sites
- Installing the snippet or SDKs on websites you own or operate.
- Monitoring client sites where the client has authorized you in writing (the Agency plan exists for exactly this).
- Sharing reports about those sites publicly or with clients.
Not allowed
- Monitoring sites you don't control. Do not install or proxy Agentlens onto third-party sites, embed it in widgets that report on the host page without the host's consent, or measure anyone else's traffic.
- Scraping enablement. Do not use Agentlens, its agent registry, or its verification data to build, operate, disguise, or improve crawlers, scrapers, or bots — including using our published detection behavior to evade detection elsewhere.
- Re-identification. Do not attempt to derive the identity of any human visitor from Agentlens data, or combine it with other datasets for that purpose. The product is designed to make this impossible; trying is a violation anyway.
- Unlawful monitoring. Do not use the service on sites whose content or audience makes traffic measurement unlawful in your jurisdiction without additional safeguards you have not implemented.
- Abuse of the service. No attempts to breach, overload, or probe our infrastructure; no reselling raw access to the ingest API; no submitting fabricated events to manipulate shared reports.
Public share links
Report share links (/r/…) are public to anyone with the URL.
Don't publish a client's report without their permission, and don't
misrepresent a report's source site or time range.
Enforcement
We may suspend sites or accounts that violate this policy. For anything that looks like an honest mistake we will contact you first. For scraping enablement or re-identification attempts, suspension is immediate.
Reporting abuse
